Abstract

Phthalimido compounds have been found to possess important biological properties including analgesic effects in man and animals. This study was aimed at highlighting the analgesic properties of three new N- Phthalimido derivatives were synthesized and screened for analgesic properties using albino mice. Analgesic was induced using maximum electric heat therapy. The compounds were found to be seizure protective and protection was observed even after forty eight hours. The present study was designed to evaluate the Anti analgesic Effect of Phthalimido compounds are against experimentally (Maximum heat) induced pain in mice’s.
