Abstract
The effects of the instruction based on Attachment Narrative Therapy (ANT) and Spirituality Therapy (ST) on mari- tal conflicts were investigated and compared. The samples were selected from volunteers of thirty six women who got the highest marks in the marital conflict questionnaire. Data was analyzed through ANOVA and Post Hoc test. Results showed that two methods have a significant effect on reducing marital conflicts. But instruction based on ST has been more effective.
