Abstract
The role of women in society and in the family is important. This study aimed to investigate the relationship be- tween emotional intelligence and quality of life and hardiness among married women living in Tonekabaon. This study is a correlation study and the number of 120 married women living in Tonekabon were selected in multi- stage random cluster sampling method. Research tools include Shrink’s Emotional Intelligence Inventory, the World Health Organization Quality of Life scale and Logs and Ghost’s tenacity scale. Focal correlation was analyzed using SPSS software using statistical methods of Pearson correlations. The final result showed that there is a rela- tionship between emotional intelligence and quality of life and the hardiness married women.
