Abstract
The present study is to investigate the social factors influencing the level of happiness of people. The goal of the research, trying to understand the impact of social factors on the vitality of population research. Based on the theoretical framework of this study, the factors affecting happiness can be pursued in two dimensions: A material factor which is then combined effect of Western ideas such as Maslow and his particular approach our history is well known; And other moral issues on which religion plays an essential role. The methodology of this study was to survey and questionnaire. The population consisted of all people between 18 and 65 years, residents of the Lamerd. According to the 1390 population and housing census, about 25,131 people were living in Lamerd. The sampling method adopted for this study is using disproportionate stratified sample size of 394 patients was de- termined. To analyze the data from SPSS statistical software was used. The results of the study hypothesis rejects the majority, and thus employment status, age, gender, monthly fees, school age, exercise and health, and none of the vitality of the city Lamerd not have a significant relationship. According to the results of only two variables of religious commitment and marital status has a significant relationship with the dependent variable.
