Abstract

Many studies have indicated that employees experience a high level of burnout in environment of Offices and organizations. The present study was done with the aim of the influence of the training communicative skills on reducing the severity of Emotional fatigue of the Employees of Martyr Foundation in ILAM province at academic year 2014-15. The method of present study was half-Experimental with pretest-Posttest design with control and test group. Statistical population consisted all employees of Martyr Foundation at ILAM province. Sample size was 40 persons that were selected by random sampling. At first, among the 40 people 20 ones were selected that had the highest job burnout and then 10 persons were placed in test group and 10 in the control group. The instru- ments of the study were the Meslesh job Burnout questionnaire (1981) and the training communicative skills Pro- tocol of UNICEF (2004). For data analysis the covariance analysis of single variable was used. Findings showed that training communicative skills is effective in reducing the intensity of emotional fatigue of employees at the 99% confidence level. Work and career is most important forming factor of social identity, the provisioning source of life and forming factor of social relations and at the same time one of the sources of stress (stress) of the human. When the intensity emotional exhaustion occurs, lack of ever-increasing realism, reduction of the energy in the continuation of the beneficial activities, the loss of the life ultimate philosophy, lack of the sympathy emotion and mental and physical disorders will emerge. Therefore, communicative skills have been described as the most im- portant feature required for employed persons in the primary health care presentation parts.
