Abstract

The complete 1H and 13C NMR assignments for the two diterpene glycosides 13-[(2-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-b-D- glucopyranosyl)oxy]-16β-hydroxy-ent-kauran-19-oic  acid b-D-glucopyranosyl  ester  and  13-[(2-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-b-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]-16β-hydroxy-ent-kauran-19-oic   acid b-D-glucopyranosyl ester obtained from the sunlight stability study of stevioside and rebaudioside-A respectively were  achieved by the extensive NMR (1H and 13C, COSY, HSQC, HMBC) and MS spectral data as well as chemical studies.
