Abstract
In this study the marketed food products are evaluated for its content mainly additives, because additives of col- ors, flavors, emulsifiers, preservatives, sweeteners & others are classified internationally as permitted, forbidden, unpermitted & dangerous. But in Indian marked some products are containing additives unpermitted & dangerous additives. The risk of products which is containing the unpermitted & dangerous additives is also discussed.
